All carpentry work
On our projects is performed “in house” and includes; concrete foundations and flat work, framing, door and window installation, exterior siding and trim, interior trim, and cabinet installation. The carpenters on staff are professional, prompt and efficient. The subcontractors we employ have been hand-picked over time and work with us on every project. They are familiar with our systems and produce the quality of work that we are known for. Consequently, we control the schedule and the quality of our completed projects is second to none.
Locally Built, Environmentally Friendly.
In addition to being a member of the Master Builder Association, Loken Construction is proud to meet the standards of Built Green, a local organization founded by the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties. This initiative was developed in partnership with King County, Snohomish County, and other agencies in Washington state to set standards of excellence that can make a significant impact on housing, health and the environment and are readily “do-able” today.
